Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

 


 

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver all across Bangladesh.

  • Delivery coverage may vary in remote or hard-to-reach locations.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, political situations, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

 


 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas.

  • MOURI reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.

 


 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be shared via SMS or phone call from our delivery partner.

  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

 


 

Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled.

  • In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply.

 


 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please check your package in front of the delivery agent.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

 


 

Ownership & Risk

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier service, responsibility and risk transfer to the customer.

  • MOURI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
