Why we hire the way we do
MOURI was founded by Dr. Fahmida Fahmid Mouri. With a background in medicine and a longstanding fascination with skincare, she started the brand to cut through confusing hype and bring safe, dependable, everyday skincare products to people across Bangladesh.

Do I need prior beauty or skincare retail experience?
Not necessarily. For store associates, logistics, operations, and support, we care most about work discipline, clear communication, and customer care. We walk every new team member through our product line, routines, and systems.
What is your compensation structure?
We state salary ranges or shift compensation clearly on every role. There are no hidden deductions or vague promises.
Where will I be working?
Store roles are on-site at our retail locations in Dhaka. Office, digital, and logistics operations work out of our central workplace in Dhaka.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No fixed deadline. We review applications as they come in and fill roles as soon as we find the right match.
