We are looking for a smart and responsible Sales Executive who can support MOURI’s physical store sales, customer communication, order handling, and daily shop operations.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and customer service. The person should be comfortable talking to customers, explaining products, managing basic sales activities, and helping the team deliver a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the MOURI shop
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and offers clearly
- Manage daily sales, billing support, and basic order handling
- Maintain product display, shop cleanliness, and stock arrangement
- Support packaging and order preparation when needed
- Communicate with online customers through social media or WhatsApp if required
- Coordinate with the team for inventory, delivery, and customer follow-up
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude with every customer
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, ecommerce, retail sales, or related fields
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, makeup, and beauty products
- Ability to manage customers with patience and confidence
- Hands-on experience in packaging, order management, or shop operations will be preferred
- Comfortable using phone, social media inbox, and basic digital tools
- Must be punctual, responsible, and well-organized
