Refund and Returns Policy

  • Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it should be immediately returned to the delivery person.

2. No Returns After Delivery

  • Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person has left, we will not accept any return or refund requests for damaged products.
  • Claims regarding product quality or effectiveness will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • If the returned product meets our return conditions, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Card, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Banking).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned.
  • Personal care and skincare items are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
